Component Forming & Counting
- Manual feeding cutters are the most economrical choice.
- The machine is designed to trim the wire leads off PCB asserbly after the soldering prooess.
- The fast turning Tungsten Carbide Blade (optional acoessory) cuts PCB wire leads while POB is fed on the trailis one by one manualy.
- The safety sensor stops the machine while the acrylic cover is open.
- Recommend using our Tungsten Carbide Blades: NK-200 or NK-250. (optional acoessory)
- Don't recommend the after-cut lead length shorter than 0.8mm because PCB is damaged easly. If the lead wire is cut aiready, the cutter cannot cut it shorter due to strong pressure on short leads.
