- YF-730 removes the paper tapes on taped leads, which are adhered on the both sides of the resistor, diode component leads. The paper tape allowed pitch is 52mm.
- Tension of the rotating mechanism removes the paper tapes off leads. This method keeps axial leads still straight as before.
- Ripping speed is adjustable, VR control. Suggest to run and rape smoothly at first, not fast.
- YF-730 can operate individually or connect with loose material feeders into the next automatic procedure, such as RF-101F lead cutting, forming, vertical tapping etc.
- For example, form taped 3A, 5A diodes into vertical mount shape. Because the taped lead length is not long enough to be cut and bent, the paper tapes on the both sides of the leads must be removed first for more space to form and cut afterward.
