The 781S Series general purpose spray valve provides exceptional control for reliable, consistent coatings of low- to medium-viscosity fluids using Low Volume Low Pressure (LVLP) technology.
The 781S Series general purpose spray valve provides exceptional control for reliable, consistent coatings of low- to medium-viscosity fluids using Low Volume Low Pressure (LVLP) technology.
It offers adjustable fluid flow, adjustable nozzle air, and post-air cutoff to provide superior spray control without waste, mess, or overspray. This means fluid goes exactly where it's needed, improving consistency with reduced fluid use and cleanup costs.
Fluid can be reliably dispensed in microliter to milliliter amounts, in round patterns with diameters ranging from 4.3 mm (0.17") to 50.8 mm (2.0"), and in fan patterns up to 165.1 mm (6.5") wide.

The complete system includes the 781S spray valve, ValveMate™ 8040 controller, and fluid reservoir. Integrate with an EFD automated dispensing system for even faster throughput.
For more uniform, narrower spray patterns as small as 1 mm (0.04”) wide check out the 781Mini™ Series spray valve. This valve also features a 60% smaller form factor.
