Peel Force Tester
P233 is used to confirm, and record proper sealing strength of cover tape to carrier tape.

Parameter setting: limit value of peel force, data delay readout function, peel length and speed, and manual / automatic operation modes.
•Data Input: cover tape specification, carrier tape specification, sealing mode, type of Taping machine, testing environment, and calculation of all input parameter including maximum peel force value, minimum peel force value, range of peel force, average peel force value, and standard deviation test.
•The force gage can be adjusted transversely or angularly, and the testing sample is easily aligned.
•The height adjustment device of sample is suited for all Ko value.
•Peel angles can be set from 165-180° and won’t be change during test operation.
•Auto- zero initial force before starting the test and system.
•The test curve is automatically scaled with the test distance and the peel force.
•Language switch function: Chinese (Traditional / Simplified) /English
