Shin-Etsu's G-501 grease is a specialty silicone grease that is ideal for plastics and provides excellent lubrication and noise reduction. G-501 is much less likely to cause stress cracking of polycarbonate (PC), polyacetal (POM), ABS, and most other plastics.
