ValveMate Spray Valve Controllers
These controllers feature an adjustable 0-30 psi (0-2 bar) nozzle air pressure regulator that helps to provide high transfer efficiency without overspray. They also offer time-saving programming and allow mechanical adjustments to be made without having to shut down production.

Available Models
ValveMate 8040
Spray valve controller capable of operating up to two spray valves and features external solenoids.
ValveMate 7140
Spray valve controller designed for single spray valve applications and features internal solenoids. Also available: 0–100 psi (0–7 bar).

For each ValveMate 8040 ordered, select the appropriate solenoid assembly for the number of spray valves used. Each solenoid kit includes the pre-wired 6 pin connector and housing, 3.6 m (12 ft) cable cordset, input air hose, and push-in fittings.
